Privacy Policy
PaySense is committed to protecting your personal information. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and how we use it when you visit paysense.online or sign up to hear about our launch.
Who we are
PaySense is a UK-based platform being developed to help employees and employers understand pay and workplace information clearly and simply. Our website is paysense.online. If you have any questions about this policy, you can contact us via this webpage.
What we collect and why
We collect your email address when you sign up to be notified about our launch. We use this solely to send you a one-time notification when PaySense goes live. We do not add you to any marketing list, and we do not share your email with third parties.
Feedback form
If you choose to submit feedback via our "Help us focus" form, we collect your role (e.g. employee, employer), your question or comment, and optionally your email address. This information is used only to help us understand what features to prioritise. Your email, if provided, may be used to notify you when we launch — nothing else.
How long we keep your data
We retain email addresses collected during the pre-launch period until PaySense has launched and the one-time launch notification has been sent, after which they are deleted. Feedback submissions (your role and question) are not retained — they are passed directly to our development team and deleted immediately. If you provided an email address alongside your feedback, it is used only to notify you when we launch and is deleted once that notification has been sent.
Your rights (UK GDPR)
Under UK GDPR, you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, request its correction or deletion, withdraw consent at any time, and lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk. To exercise any of these rights, email us via this webpage.
Cookies
Our coming soon page does not use tracking cookies or analytics. We may use a strictly necessary session cookie to support form submissions. No third-party advertising or analytics cookies are set.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
